- Technical coordination with contractors, grid operators and relevant authorities
- Preparation of tender documentation and technical evaluation of bids
- Support during permitting processes, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety and environmental requirements
- Coordination and supervision of contractors during construction
- Technical project support across the full lifecycle (development to operation)

Your mission
Your profile
- Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering, grid infrastructure or energy-related projects
- 3+ years experience in energy, grid, substations or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, grid connection processes, substations
- Experience with tendering, contractor coordination and project technical documentation
- Basic civil engineering know-how related to roads, foundations and infrastructure interfaces
- Knowledge of national and EU regulatory framework
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
- MS Office and AutoCAD; strong communication skills
